Access Statement

Our aim is to make Clynfyw as accessible as possible.

Following the advice of charities, statutory bodies, and visitors over the past twenty years, we have tried to make the cottages as homely and welcoming as possible, avoiding an ‘institutionalised’ feel.

Each cottage is different, and we are constantly improving facilities and adding to our range of equipment.

The Mews has one twin bedroom on the ground floor and two more on the first floor.

The Apartment’s bedrooms are up a flight of stairs on the first floor.

Visitors often come to Clynfyw independently, whilst others come with their own families, carers or support-workers. With prior notice, we provide meals and activities for guests and additional care support can also be arranged through a local registered care agency.

Shower chairs- one with large wheels for self-propeltion

Waterproof duvet and mattress covers
