The rates of our cottages change throughout the year.

Our self-catering prices rates for 2010 the same as for 2009.

Booking terms

Bookings must be confirmed within 7 days of booking by sending a non-returnable 20% deposit of the total cost of the booking. Cheques should be made payable to Clynfyw Countryside Centre.

The full balance must be paid a month before the start of your stay at the latest.

We always ask for a returnable bond of 10% of the value of the booking against damages. If all is well, the bond will be returned to you in full after your holiday. The bond should be sent along with the balance (i.e. no later than one month before your holiday).

If the booking is made within a month of the start of the holiday, the full amount of the booking must be paid.

Cancellation Policy

If the holiday is cancelled within a month of the start date and we are unable to re-let the property the full booking fee will be payable by you. If we are able to re-let the property, Clynfyw will only retain the 20% deposit.

If the holiday is cancelled more than a month before the start date, only the 20% non-refundable deposit will be retained by Clynfyw.

Other information

All our accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Dogs are welcome in all cottages (by arrangement), except the Granary. Owners will be expected to pay for any damage caused by their dog. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any other pets.

All our accommodation is non-smoking.

We provide one set of bedding for each bed. If you are likely to need more, please bring it with you.

Please bring your own towels with you. We do have a limited number of towels available that can be hired at £2 per towel.
